The numeric sizing in pants on QVC is not working for me.  I wear an Tall XXS in

full length pants, and I know some of the pants are made in Size 0. but are not

offered by QVC.  Size 0 would be comparable to an Tall XXS with at least a 33

inseam.  I hoping to find more women like me, who are 5'5" or taller, but wear

an XXS in pants, but are not petite and have long legs.  The only one who offers

these sizes in Tall XXS is Women with Control.  I hope other manufacturers

realize that there are some small women out there who are not petite and cannot

wear a petite size, because the inseam will be too short.  Any comments???

Like models and others who are naturally very slim.

And for many, it's also the rise of any pair of bottoms.

You can have most of your height in your torso, not your legs.

But most manufacturers make clothing items for their largest demographic:  the average size American woman.

And she's currently 5'4" and a size 14.

That means the most revenue for them, and that's always the bottom line.

BTW, I'm 5'8" and adore a 33" inseam.  8)

Re: Numeric Sizing on Pants.

I understand your dilemma. I think pants are difficult to buy anywhere. Between finding the correct inseam, waist, hip, and fit on the bum it is a nightmare for me, and I do not consider my proportions that difficult. I almost always have to have my pants tailored after I purchase them, or they just don't fit right. I dread shopping for pants.

Re: Numeric Sizing on Pants.

I wish that ALL pants that are offered on Q came in 3 lengths. Petite, Regular and Tall but that unfortunately is just a wish. I need tall pants and when they are offered they usually sell out FAST and are never reordered in tall. That's just the way it is here.
