This is the current Talbots bootcut ("Barely Boot"). As you can see, it's not nearly as exaggerated as the old style and is the bootcut you will find most frequently these days.

In the '70's I wore Wrangler jeans that had legs like that.

Yes unfortunately,  the original boot cut.....and I really hated them. Pure and simple. I wear all styles of jeans from skinny to wide & the biggest flares...., and I would never, ever wear a boot cut.  Whatever they did to the original boot cut is a big improvement.
