The long sleeve is better in the sun when you are swimming because it warms your arms when wet. When it's cool your arms get cold if they are wet.

I have 2 of them. Kohl's has been selling the Nike brand for years as seperates. My tops are red & black. The bottoms are black...
I only wear them in outdoor pools because my arms get "chilled." Indoor pools are "heated" so I wear one of my other 2 "regular" swimsuits.
