Laurie felt sizing help for her Silk straight leg jeans

I have a 32 inch waist and 45 inch hips.  I normally wear 12-14 in B and M stores, 

I would like to try Laurie Felt silk jeans.  I am 5'4 inches tall and knock knees so I think the straight leg may be the best.  I weigh 155 lbs and apple shaped.

Any sizing suggestions would be great.  I do not want them skin tight and uncomfortable.
