Re: Is plaid 'in" this winter?

I have never liked plaids, but I know I am an anomaly.

This isn't PC, or even QBC (Q Boards Correct); but I'm going with "yuck."

I couldn't resist this one...just enough plaid...Free People at Marshall's $70 ("compare at $198")...

The pink/black skirt by Kate Spade is absolutely DARLING.    This is a modified plaid.

Love a beautiful plaid, but not one that looks like a horse blanket, like a lot of wraps and ponchos look. Plaids, dots, stripes are my favorites. Not florals - I only own one floral in a Vera Bradley bag, nothing else. No florals here!

@momofannie

Isn't it the coolest thing?

I'm tall, so it's short for me and I usually don't like the short jacket over long "hanging out" look...plus, I'm not a fan of fly-away fronts.  But...but...it's so danged cool LOL!  I like the moto look, but most have too much of a severe (for lack of a better word) look and are usually all black (no more black for me for a while!).  I have so much in my closet to wear with it.  I love it, too.

Wear it in good health!

Re: Is plaid 'in" this winter?

Macduff, I'm tall too but I like short over long. I don't generally like an open cascading front but I loved the mixed media and I think it will look great with jeans. I spend way too much time in TJs and Marshall's but you never know what you'll find! Enjoy your jacket Smiley Happy
