How to Get Out Water Stain on Suede Shoes??

I just received a pair of Clark's shoes/boots which I've been lusting after for 2 years. They finally went on sale for a few days for $39 and now they're back to $95.

I sprayed some waterproofing stuff on them yesterday, let them dry, and wore them. I must not have let them dry long enough, b/c I got a water stain on the toe that will NOT go away. I have tried everything: an emery board, blow dryer, blotting with towel, a brush, etc. (all internet suggestions).

Obviously, I won't be returning them. Any ideas how to get the stain out? TIA!
