What an annoyance! Q can't handle our typing a new post before signing in! They loose it every time! How lax on their part! We don't sign in unless we order or reply. In reading forums if I ask a question in New Messages and then sign in, it's lost! How annoying! You must sign in THEN post in New Messages!

What problems have you had?

I belong to about a dozen forums and signing in before responding in any way is standard in all of them.

I've always signed in before typing a post, so I haven't experienced what you have.

None really....I imagine it is a security enhancement

I didn't think it would even bring up a reply box if you weren't signed in. If I click reply or a it immediately redirects me to the sign-in screen. No big whoop. It takes me back to my page as soon as I sign in.
