My MIL was the same, she didn't see fashion for fashion--just clothing. If it wasn't worn out it was "still good"...Not a problem and I'm not one to judge..I have tons of stuff I don't wear. It's either too big or too small. For my entire adult life, I have never been just one size. Even day-to-day..an item will fit one day and not be comfortable the next. It's been tough in this area--but it's not a big deal..now that the kids are all gone, I just use their closets LOL!
