I was going to get a small, based on the model's photo.  I don't need it to look THAT snug for school, LOL.

Do you really think I would need to size down?

Needs a good modesty bra, for sure.  The elbow sleeves, though, give good "arm coverage".

Those sleeves are not elbow length on the models used. Looks bad.

In general target sizing is all over the place and you need to try everything on for fit

The top looks really snug and tight. I’ve never had any luck with Target clothes or any brand of clothes from Target so I don’t even look at their clothing anymore. It also looks like the models aren’t wearing bras. IMO the models and the top would look a lot better with a good fitting bra.
