Carolyn Pollack's star skirt

Did anyone else notice her star skirt?  Any ideas about where it might have come from?

Over the years Carolyn Pollack has worn a lot of custom clothing on air.  Her attire appears to be made by artisans (in this case clothing designers) who specialize in making clothing with a western vibe. She may purchase direct from the designer or possibly at independent specialty boutiques which sell small inventories of unique clothing.  She's definitely not wearing clothes widely distributed by nationally known brands (or designers) which you can run over to Nordstrom (or any other high end store for that matter) and buy off the rack.

It looked great on her and wow what a cool denim jacket with fringy sleeves.  She is beautiful and she inspires me to put it together.  No idea where to buy them.
