I'm in the market for a new pair of boots. But I'm really picky about the style. Does anything out there exist, besides Uggs and Fryes, that have that sort of "utility" look? Like, a little stronger, "tougher" boot, that would look good with jeans? I feel that I've looked everywhere. I really do like some Frye styles, and Ugg, even though I do not like the traditional, popular slip-on boot, has some nice styles. But they are still not perfect. I like plain, no frills, but really good quality construction. I also like a lower-boot, nothing too high. Like, just a little above the ankle.
Any brands out there that I should really be checking out that I'm missing? Any great resource? I'll consider any price range.
