Bob Mackie Kyoto kimono jacket

I am so anxious to purchase this jacket in the coral/ black colors....I waited too late and now the size large I need is gone. Does anyone else have this and think sizing down is a good idea?

I would think a kymoto could go either way.  They're lose and forgiving.

I have this kimomo. It's beautiful. I ordered true to size, and it's a generous cut. I really could have gone down a size.
