Yes, but I was trying to add on a third item to an existing order of two items. I had no trouble getting the discount on the second item when I placed my order on line, it was when I wanted to add on a third item the problem arose. You can't add an item to an existing order, so to get the discount on the third item you have to cancel the order of two, then redo the whole order of three.
Next time I'll just do the whole thing on line myself. I was trying to avoid canceling an order by just adding on. But the rep did exactly what I would have had to do; cancel everything and start over.
