tsv hp laptop Clearance delay - Import ANCHORAGE AK 12/08/2012 21:12

i ordered two which must have been shipped in different batches..one came yesterday the other has said since the 8th of dec...clearance delay waiting for info from shipper...so they are waiting for something from hp...

i hope everybodys and mine end up where they shoud be by xmas.. i have called customer service qvc and fed ex... qvc being of no help what so ever...worst qvc customer service i have recieved.....not happy

i wish they would get these going
