I ran across these videos today and they have some useful information, even for people who have had iPhones for years.

This one is good because the old iPhone Email App was pretty bad. New Email App Features for iOS 9http://www.techinsider.io/iphone-mail-ios-9-new-features-2015-10

iPhone Power User Tips (the video calls these hacks, but they are not hacks): http://www.techinsider.io/iphone-power-user-hacks-2015-4

I taught my dad about this trick years ago. I know some people have trouble with the small font on these forums, so here's how to make the font larger on your iPhonehttp://www.businessinsider.com/how-to-resize-text-iphone--2015-7

(And if you still have trouble with small font on the forums, click the link in my signature with a list of tips and instructions on all kinds of things, including changing your font.)

My brother was complaining about "small" fonts on the iPhone 6 itself & on its browser.  He took his iPhone to an Apple Store & they increased the DEFAULT font size for the phone itself free of charge.

Also the Apple Store set a large font per his specification for the browser to a DEFAULT font size so he wouldn't have to keep setting same.

Another excellent source for iPhone "tricks & tips" is the book, iPhone The Missing Manual -

iPhone: The Missing Manual, 8th Edition

Book is non techy & quite funny.

@Mz iMac, the default font size (and other things) can be easily changed in the Accessibility Settings in iOS.

Here are a couple of links to all the settings, with step-by-step instructions and illustrations:

and

The manual sounds interesting -- thanks!

Great thread, @ChynnaBlue!

That's exactly what the video I posted shows you how to do. You change the default font size in the accessibility settings.

@ChynnaBlue

I know.  I was talking about my brother who owns the 6+ iPhone.  Like a typical MAN he does not read "how to" manuals or view the videos.  Now he will & can read a map for directions.  Go figure.....

Like I said, a typtical MAN. Smiley LOL
