@SilleeMee ..............I have Google clean history and cookies on a regular schedule. I have tried refreshing the screen. I have tried everything I know how to do.

Hi,
Just wondering if you fixed your problem? I have a thought, if Amazon is installed as an
App on your computer what if you try deleting it, do a computer restart and than install it fresh? The only thing I would caution you on is if you have your sign on info for Amazon preset you may want to make a note of it first.

I went to Google and cleared everything AGAIN this morning, and this time it seems to be working so far. Keeping my fingers crossed.
