Vision for my new office going as digital as I can

I have 1/2 of a room dedicated to "office."

My goal is to cut it down to a wireless printer/scanner in a closet & an ipad (or other tablet) with a keyboard. Plus I small file box with paper where I need the originals.

I am scanning like crazy & learning to use google drive for information that doesn't have sensitive financial/identification information.

Has anyone gone all of the way with the digital office? You experiences?
