Please, I need help with my Tracfone LG800G: It won't turn on.......

I used it today and it was fine. When I came home I charged the battery since it was low.

After fully charging, it will not turn on. The screen remains BLACK when I push the power button. I have until January 3lst to return it, but it has all my contacts in it now.

Can anyone advise me what to do now? I don't really want to return it and start over.

HELP, PLEASE!
