Order Status

Just wondering how often does QVC.com update the order status on an item that we have ordered? Do they update once a day, and if so about what time, what is the frequency any information that is provided would be appreciated.

I ordered the Dell All-n-One Computer on 5/4/12 and still have yet to receive it. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago and they told me that it is schedule to ship on 5/24/12 (which is today), I haven't seen any more updates as to my order status and am just curious and really anxious to get my computer as it has been awhile now since I ordered it.
