OnStar Pricing?

I purposely let my OnStar subscription expire to see if I could get a better price.

After letting it lapse 30 days I got a 'come on back' offer for $12.95/mo or $149/yr. The email doesn't specify which level of service you are paying for but I will ask if this is full service package price.

Have you gotten a better deal than this? Let me know how! I do miss it!
