OFFICE SUITE PRO

I tried to download the free Office Suite Pro on the RCA 12.2 tablet and can't seem to get it in.  I searched online and no answer.  Has anyone else had a problem downloading this.  It comes free with Pandora 1 and Webster but I'm not interested in anything but the Office Site Pro.  Before I call the customer support can anyone give me some advice on this.  I tried several times to put this in but get no where.
