I cannot remember when the issue that I have a question about started, but it is annoying and I didn't get a satisfactory response from Tech Support. At least the answer was not satisfactory to me.
The issue is this: I will be in the process of answering an email when I get a notification above what I'm typing that says, "This session has expired, please make corrections and login again." His response went something like this, "it probably is being done to keep your email secure." When he said probably, I knew he was grasping at straws and didn't know the answer. Has anyone else experienced this from your provider and, if so, what if anything was or can be done about it?
