this one and seeing if it can be fixed. I love my HP 2003 notebook I ordered from them but it is now starting to heat up on the bottom and shut off when on the internet. I only need one for outlook, word and the internet. Is there a way for someone to just download everything I have and use now and put on a new notebook? I want everything to look exactly the same with all my stuff.
It seems that since I added maximum mb to my notebook last year it overheats more. It still works fine and fast but the turning off when I am surfing or ordering is a pain. Does this mean it is going?
This is something I cannot do myself so I would have to take it to someone to help me. I do not want all the new stuff that comes with a new notebook. I will never use it and I hate to give this one up. It is only for emails, a letter or shopping of course.
