I have a big screen computer at work that I can use for anything I need to do such as business, printing, etc. Since I own my business I can also use it for heavy duty shopping, comparing, games, etc.
I have a 15" laptop at home. I am thinking of getting rid of my laptop AND internet service. The main reason is that I live in the country and my internet that is horrible service is $55 a month. Everytime there is a tiny rain I don't have service. About every 3 months they have to come out and fix something. It is not worth the money.
So I am thinking of getting an IPad and getting the Internet service where you can go everywhere with it. It would be nice for traveling. We travel several times a year. That would be my only computer at home.
I think you can get AT&T internet or Verizon. I'm not sure about that.
I would use the IPad at home mainly for the QVC boards, googling, and email. I might download some books and games for traveling.
I would still have my work computer if I needed anything heavy duty.
Would I be happy with this arrangement?
Thanks!
Oh, I don't even have a printer at home right now. If I need something printed, I print it at work.
