I love the pc itself i have had it semce june it has program on it called dell syncup but when ever i try to open or use the software its trys 2 open and then says syncup has stopped working a problem caused this program to stop working correctly, windows will close this program and notify you if a solution is available has anyone had this problem or no of a way to fix also i was notified i had programs that came on the computer to download and back up using dell digital delervery but i did not do this when i first got the pc i told it to remind me latter now when i click on dells digital delvery it tells me that all my programs are up 2 date were can i acually go 2 make a back up coppy i rember seeing it but now i cant seem 2 find it can anyone help me with these minior but annoying things thanks so much
