HP TSV from Sun. 1/13/2013 Still "in process"

Anyone order the TSV for the HP laptops from Sunday? I ordered the 17" shortly after midnight. QVC put a hold for the payment on my CC and now the hold is gone but they haven't taken the money yet. 5 days later and it's still "in process". How long do they need to process an order?! Anyone else still waiting? EDD is the 24th but they'll need to get the laptop out toot sweet in order to make that date. Impatiently waiting...
