Does anyone know of a good, free unzipping program for Windows 7?

I don't have Windows 7, but according to this article it sounds like you shouldn't have to install software.

I use Win.RAR http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and have for a long time.
This is another very popular program. http://www.winzip.com/wzfeatures-zip.html#sub-nav
These two programs come with a free trial one of 30 days, and the other 45 days. They both cost $29.
I am running Windows 8.1
I would worry about security using a free program of this class. A program like this would not be easy to use.

Thank you, Caffeina. That did the trick. This was for my aunt. I couldn't understand why she was having issues. She just needed a little extra step. Thanks again.

Thanks nutmeg! WinZip was the first one that came to my mind. I will keep your other suggestion for a just in case situation. Thank you!
