I purchased the Dell Desktop Inspiron 560 package with the treasures software. The order was placed back in Nov, received 18Nov. however I have yet to receive the software. I have phoned several times but QVC can't even tell me that the order is processing/delayed or backorder. I am getting frustrated at this point, 15Dec. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and what was the outcome?
I don't know if I should return the entire computer or keep waiting, I have been told "wait 10days, we didn't process the software order". This is the same story every time I call.
