Cell phones from QVC

Several times, I have tried to order a cell phone from QVC, but each time the ordering process is halted because it says the service is not available in my area. It's a TRACFONE for pete's sake, and when they show the coverage map, my city is clearly shown in the coverage area. What's up with that!!??
