Anyone play STEAM? ...... I have a question*****

I know you can just order games for a set price. However, how do you know if the game is a subscription (monthly fee-reoccurring debt), on top of the game price? I noticed STEAM charged more on my bank account that I didn't authorize or get an email for. I thought it was a set fee, like XBOX LIVE game...thanks

Thanks. I read that if you dispute their charges , they will shut you down. You can't even call a number. You have to email them first. I still don't know which games have an added monthly subscription price.
