Wrong color being sent twice

Help from customer service please....

 

I have ordered a Susan Graver top and there are two colors that are really close.  They have sent me the passion pink instead of the cherry, twice.

 

I just ordered it again, as I sent the return back today.  They are charging me for the returns, and it wasn't my fault, but their mistake.  It appears to be a wearhouse problem, in that because the colors are so similar, someone isn't able to distinguish the difference.

 

Here's hoping someone will step in and correct this problem.
