About a month or so ago I wrote to you indicating that my Barbara Bixby Flower Ring had lost one of the Iolite stones.  You were kind enough to replace the ring.  I just want to let you and everyone know how great customer service is.  I received my new ring yesterday and I am wearing it today.  So once again thank you.
