I still can't see my monthly easy pays like I use to.  They broke it down showing what easy pay was on the credit card you used.

I agree with you.  My order has been in Process for the past 8 days.  In fact, when I placed the order, it went right into "in Process" and I was unable to cancel order.   .  I also don't like the new page format.  It was fine the way it was.  I completely understand things change, only if it works.   I will only buy from QVC, when they offer free shipping. HSN ships out faster than QVC.
