Not sure if I'm the only one, (I did search for other posts, but didn't find anything current,) but when I attempt to log onto the QVC app, I get a network connection error.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and it was still a no-go.
Has anyone else had this issue, or does customer service know why this might be happening?
I have Iphone 6s.

So glad to know that there's no problem with my computer or the connection; I am experiencing the exact same problem as you stated. Often if i try to review an item "on air presentation" either the sound will go in & out or that annoying message will pop up that there is an error. I've tried QVC on Chrome and get the same results. QVC needs to look into our concerns or risk losing customers.

Yup, I've tried deleting the app, updating it, re-downloading it, and it still has a black screen, an hourglass and says, "There is a problem with your network. Please try again."
Honestly, this has been going on for months, and all of the other shopping apps work just fine, so it isn't my network.
