Is the "heart" feature/collections gone?

I have tried three different browsers and don't see a heart in any of the product pages and no longer see "collections" in my account dropdown menu.

 

What gives?

Do you mean "Togather?"  Looks like it's been replaced by Pinterest.  You can pin your "favorites" from the Q.

I still have the heart feature so it isn't gone...I don't have any advice on what you should do though.sorry

I still do not have the heart on a product page and no longer have collections in my dropdown menu.

where you have the "pay my qcard bill" link on your dropdown menu, i still have the "my collections" link on my dropdown menu.

when i click on the link i get this message: "An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #97.c176b9d0.1487528686.43f2509." i also dont have hearts on the item pages anymore.

And, I don't even have a Q-card.

 

Glad to hear this isn't a unique problem to me. 

 

While they have all the time in the world to troll the boards poofing posts, I guess the moderators/Customer Service Reps. don't have time to answer this question.
