I posted a thread in the HOME forum regarding a defective crack in my Duraflame I purchased in October 2015.  Is there any recourse or contact regarding this matter as I am not the only person with this issue.  Thanks.

Thank you Paulette for directing me to the appropriate contact.  I just emailed them this morning & I am wondering if there are other consumers that might have this same issue with this particular model besides the one who responded to my post.  Again, thanks @Paulette-QVC!
