I didn't receive the wrong set. The set was described as berries, but it smells just like pine. The set also comes in a set called pine and the candles are in a green glass. These were in a red glass, but smelled like pine. Clearly, the manufacturer poured the wrong scent into the wrong glass.

I chose the email route first as I don't have time to sit on the phone. When I have time to spare I will call customer service. Until then, I came here to vent.
This is obviously a mistake with QVC, not me not liking the scent, as the email stated.

I received an email response stating I have been given a complete refund.
