who is Chrisley?

USA Network tonight has a new show 'Chrisley knows best". I've seen the commercials of it and have NO desire to watch. Who is he?

I'd not seen the promos so I did a search and found the following:

Apparently the family is opening a new mega department store and he wants all the sizes to be 4-6 because he doesn't like heavy people. I guess he hasn't seen his beard, cough, I mean ... wife. She's no 4-6.
