Do you like peanut butter cookies? I love them. If you do, here is a recipe I just came across for sugar free PB cookies.
The recipe gets 4 stars, so that tells us something

Thanks Noel but I would still have to deal with the issue of the flour

I bought groceries using Walmart's new grocery service where they shop for you and you just pick them up. I wanted 4 bananas and I think I got 4lbs. I'm going to have to come up with something to use with my banana collection. I'll freeze a few for smoothies.
@cherry Here's a recipe I saw online last night. Mix 1 cup oatmeal with one ripe banana and some dried cranberries or whatever you like. Bake as usual for cookies. I haven't tried it yet.

I enjoy a cookie or breakfast biscuit with my coffee. I usually only have one cup. This is a nice way to start the day on these cooler mornings. I have to say the old standby of a day-old cake donut dunked in coffee is pretty darn good too.

Diabetes is such a drag there is sugar in everything ,fruit or if it isn't sugar, it's starch. I try to keep my sugar at around 106, and that lets me have a bit of fruit , or bread, or rice ,or potatoes. It gets old after a while, never having yummy stuff. This is why I buy single portions of a sweet when I want to splurge Tonight I had an orange

@cherry wrote:It might sound funny but a nice piece of candy tastes good. A small peppermint patty,or a turtle is as good as a piece of dessert
Or a piece of cinnamon toast
What do you choose?
A nice cranberry muffin.
I could buy a single muffin, I must remember that
