trying here again

submitted a post, no see it! just had 2 emails from Q about resetting my password. I did that earlier, and it took me 15 min to get back on here. i'm so disgusted. Is it my computer, or are they getting worse every stinkin day? upon finally getting on here I checked order status,,,,three pics of items already delivered,,,,,,WRONG items pictured. What's going on? I'm too tired old and angry for this stuff.
