I just saw on the news that patients are getting a reduced rate for plastic surgery by having surgeons in training do the procedures. (There is a Board Certified plastic surgeon attending).
The average savings is $2,000, but they limit the number of procedures to about 70 patients per year.
I am not in the market for plastic surgery, but it seems safer than going abroad, which some Americans are doing.
Would you do it?
