Re: hihi!!! glad the breadcrumbs were still there!

hihi Kachina 624 --

i'm so glad you posted.  i figured from your name that you were from the southwest.  glad to learn it's New Mexico!   the days are increasingly frequent now, that i wish i'd never left there.  which part of the state are you in?  and can you please point me toward a good source for green chilies?  (only halfway kidding!)

thank you for welcoming me back.

Re: hihi!!! glad the breadcrumbs were still there!

hihi --

i'm really sleepy and making lots of typos on an unfamiliar keyboard, so i don't plan to write a lot tonight.  just didn't want you to think that i'd run (hopped?) off again.

Chloe, my rescue cat, and i are living in a hotel.  no, we haven't gone fancy.  the condo is "deemed uninhabitable due to mold".  it's a long and complicated story and not nearly over yet.  and absolutely no fun at all.

i'm trying to find a lawyer to help me with this.  i do have a mold remediator, who can get started after the movers take my stuff to storage, which happens after the junk people trash the stuff that's unsalvageable.  like most of my clothing, bedding, books.  i'd love to look upon this as an opportunity to update my wardrobe (wardrobe???  LOL  i wear t-shirts and shorts/leggings), but that can't happen until everyone gets paid.

now what was that about "complicated"?  LOL  at least it (the mold) might explain some of my health mysteries.  that would be kind of nifty.  will know more after i meet with yet another specialist -- this one who treats people with environmental toxicities and such.

the housekeeping staff here are afraid of my cat, so they won't come in and clean.  it's time for me to borrow their vacuum cleaner again, as Chloe has beautiful long, white fur, much of which is covering the brown plaid carpet.  yes, i did say brown plaid.

remind me to tell you about the day i got screamed at for being a horrible woman, and later was asked if i'd "just gotten out".  it's an interesting place, here.

had 2 teeth pulled yesterday.  gotta go brush the remainders, take some tylenol, and sleep.  big day tomorrow:  laundry and that potential vacuuming.

good night, all.

Hi Bunny - I remember you.

Sorry about your mold problem - we grew up in an older home but NEVER HAD mold or even heard about it.  It's odd because here in So CA it's very dry and certain molds shouldn't be around.  That said, we had to have our home treated for mold and given the green light.
