easy pay on request

Late last month I got an email telling me that I had two easy pay on requests coming. I know I could call but I tend to do all my ordering on line, especially this time of year. But now I can't find the email. Can anyone tell me the code? I had one that was good through the middle of October but this is a new one good through the middle of January.
