anyone stuck inside the house today?

Well, ok, not literallly stuck, but...

It's a gorgeous day in Atlanta today, 83 and bright sunshine and I haven't left the couch except to eat lunch, then put our hummingbird feeder out & then venture upstairs to post here. My husband was sick with a cold last week and I'm coming down with something. I don't seem to have the congestion that he had (and hope I don't get that) or the cough, but I have a scratchy throat and some congestion there and just have no energy at all. Just feel like I'm sick with something, but I don't know what. I feel like a limp rag doll.

So, while the outside world is out enjoying life today, I'm inside playing Words with Friends, reading the Q boards and Facebook. Not complaining. I'm glad we didn't have any plans that we would have had to cancel.

We're thinking about going up the street to our favorite Mexican restaurant for an early dinner, but I honestly don't know that I can do it. I don't think I'm contagious- no sneezing, no fever, but I just don't have the energy.


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
