You May Not Be Aware Of It, But You Know These People: Susan Backlinie, Anita Darian, Elise Morris, & Loulie Jean Norman

They're a bit like "one-hit wonders"--known primarily for one thing:

Susan Backlinie - the first victim in the opening scene of Jaws{#emotions_dlg.scared}

Anita Darian - sang that well-known and oft-imitated soprano part in "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"--and wasn't even a member of the Tokens, so she was essentially uncredited

Elise Morris - sang the guttural shriek in the opening titles of "Cold Case"

Loulie Jean Norman - Anyone who's ever heard the original TV "Star Trek" theme has heard her......Oooh OOOOOHHHHH oo oo oo oo oohhh........

All women{#emotions_dlg.confused1}. Unless you count Earle Hagen, who whistled "The Fishin' Hole" on the opening titles of "The Andy Griffith Show."
