Apparently, a restaurant in Bern, Switzerland is offering this type of class to its patrons. The bugs used are bred at the restaurant.
No, but I might eat a chocolate covered bug!

Oh heaven forbid. Insects bug me, regardless of their nutritional value. Creepy crawlies belong oudoors, not in my house and not in my mouth or stomach. The only crawlie that doesn't bother me much is the spider, and they are everywhere building their complex webs for me to walk into anywhere in my garden.

@mollybgood I'm with you...I would try some insect dishes, but not attend a cooking class centered around this theme!
