Probably not. I let my husband know after I was over it. He didn't have a clue. Guess I didn't have it that badly. I think he's thrilled I kept it to myself....

I think most people will comment on it to try and explain away a hot flash and/or why they are sweating or turning crimson.

Not cringe-worthy IMO.....been there.....done that. Thank Gawd it's over and I came away in one piece.

No problem...I was just saying I know so many people in my life who have gone thru it as well as I when I had to have a hysterectomy...it is no big deal to me Nancy.

Disclaimer - I had a hysterectomy in my 40s, so I went through something then, but it was mild. In my 50s I went through another mild episode, but it was so much better than my problems pre-hysterectomy. I do understand menopause is a rough go for a lot of people and I know it's tough. Why is it called MENopause?
