Is that you George?  If it is you do look like him.

Yep, that would be me. Some say George, some say Willie.

No, newsiesuzie, that is not what I am saying. I very, very seldom report posts.

My statement was a general one. I hope the moderators will guide us as to what is acceptable dialogue, and what is not.

I think this is an adjustment period for both posters and moderators.
Over time, we will know before we post what is acceptable, and what is not.

Re: Why just keep complaining? DO Something!

Newsie, there are people who, as a way of taking on continued "challenges", which they seem to want or need, can take any post and turn it into 'you clearly MUST be referring to me or my BFFs here, so I'm insulted and I'm going to let you have it.'

That's just not the way the new forum is going to operate. We can say "people who do/say/feel this way", or "SOME people who", etc. and we are not naming names or calling people out, and we're not being all-inclusive. This is what QVC wants.

For those who feel it's passive-aggressive (as opposed to confrontational and individually contentious) - they're entitled to feel that way. But they're going to have a harder time convincing others that they're being insulted, belittled, etc.

I'd go with George.  You don't have the long braids or that stoned look.  LOL

But you are better looking than George, I will say.

Hope all is well with Cindy and the kitties.

Re: Why just keep complaining? DO Something!

Complaining is doing something.  And not everyone has a lot of time to spend on the forums.  I'm not willing to spend hours on any website to learn how it functions and find the appropriate posts.   A website is either user friendly or it isn't.  I could say a few things about the new forum functionality but it would probably be considered complaining.

Re: Why just keep complaining? DO Something!

My solution has been pretty simple.  I don't check these forums nearly as often as I used to.  In fact, today is the first time in many days that I've been here.   I can tell from other forums here that many have left.   It's Q's loss, not mine or others'.

Sounds like grade school.  You have to have thick skin.
