What would you consider a starter home today? What was it when you first bought?

Unless it was an older big Victorian or something, back when we were first married most new homes were two bedrooms, one bath, one car garage (or carport).

Today I would think no house would be built that wasn't three bedrooms (at least) and two baths with a double car garage.
