I have not been to Disneyland since the late 80's. I am going with friends who go about every 3 months so they will be my guides. I was just curious which is your favorite ride and why.

I have 5! Matterhorn, Pirates of the Caribbean,Thunder Railraod, Haunted Mansion and Autopia. I have to go on those or I get sad....I also,have to have a Monte Cristo sandwich. I love it ALL!

My last visit to DL was when I was 14. I am 60 now. I remember Dumbo the  elephant ride and bumper cars. And it's a small small world.

And if they still have it at Disneyland - the Country Bear Jamboree is hysterical!

If you can, eat the restaurant that overlooks the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. You'll have to make reservations in advance because the food is outstanding.

I must say, at whatever restaurant I've eaten at either at Disneyland or Disney World, the food has been great.

Please do not miss Peter Pan in the Magic Kingdom and the haunted mansion is also a must ! Have fun !
